This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the staff was incredibly friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to make sure we had a comfortable stay. Secondly, the location couldn't have been better - right in the heart of the city, close to all the attractions and a beautiful bridge nearby. Lastly, the rooms were well-equipped with modern amenities, and I especially enjoyed having a balcony with a view. The breakfast provided was also delicious and a great way to start the day.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the heart of town. The location couldn't have been better - just a short walk to the iconic bridge and everything else I wanted to see. The prices were great, especially considering the level of service and attention to detail. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make sure I had a comfortable stay. The rooms were clean and well-equipped, with extra amenities like a balcony. And the breakfast spread was truly amazing, with a delicious selection of cakes and ice cream to start the day with a treat.

Everything was perfect!

Aspects that we enjoyed the most during our Easter break were the tasty breakfast and the friendly staff. The breakfast had a good variation of food options and everything tasted fresh. the staff made us feel very welcome and always had a smile on their faces. The location was also great as it was right in the center of the city and close to many shops and restaurants.

The beds were very uncomfortable, and this was a big downside to our stay. We had trouble sleeping on them, and they were too hard for our liking.

the rooms were very clean and the bed was comfortable. the hotel was in a great location, close to a lot of the attractions that the area had to offer. We were able to easily visit the city center and participate in some holiday events. Lastly, the hotel had free breakfast every morning.

the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed to be annoyed with any questions we had.

This hotel is perfectly located close to the bridge and old town, right on the main street. the non, smoking area was a plus. the rooms had everything we needed with clean linens and a private bathroom. the staff was friendly and helpful, carrying our luggage and serving us delicious homemade cakes. the daily breakfast in the lobby café was a great start to the day. Facilities were exceptional with good wifi and air, con. We particularly liked the 24, hour bakery opposite for quick snacks and treats.

We did notice some hard mattresses in the rooms, which may not be to everyone's taste.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely wonderful. the staff went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and comfortable. They even brought me slices of delicious homemade cake, which was a lovely touch. Additionally, the location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of town with easy access to shops and a bakery. Lastly, the rooms were well-furnished and some even had balconies, providing a great view of the surroundings.
